I create jewelry using natural stone, brass, silver, bone, and wood, drawing inspiration from the landscapes around me and the long history of human adornment.

My designs often begin with a stone, an interesting shape, or an idea drawn on paper. From there, I work with traditional metalsmithing techniques, combining simple forms, textured surfaces, and natural materials into pieces that feel both familiar and original.

Working from my studio in the Colorado mountains, I'm especially drawn to the symbols and artifacts of ancient cultures that held the natural world sacred. Their use of materials, and the meaning they gave to objects worn or carried, continues to influence my work.
