Wikipedia says that, "The third eye refers to the gate that leads to the inner realms and spaces of higher consciousness." In Hinduism cows are sacred for a variety of reasons, including as a symbol of the earth, as a unconditional nourisher, as a calm and gentle symbol of non-violence, and bringers of luck and blessings to those that honor them. So what inner realm and higher consciousness does this sweet, trusting beast have access to? I don't know, but I choose to honor these thoughts with this cow.
