SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for supporting me and my art. I ship my orders using whichever carrier is the most affordable; most of the time that is USPS. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Processing and Delivery Times

All orders are processed within as quickly as possible, sometimes during sales I will specify a ship date. If you have specific time constraints, please contact me to make sure I can meet them. I live in the mountains of Colorado, and things just take a little longer here. Standard shipping typically takes between 3-6 business days. If I am experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order via. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.

Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for your purchase! I hope you are happy with your items. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused items to me for a full refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on my return and exchange policy.

Returns
​
All returns must be postmarked within thirty-one (31) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition with original tags and labels attached. Boxed items can be opened, but all packaging must be included.

If you would like an exchange, please contact me and let me know what you would like to have to replace your item.

Return Process
​
To return an item, place it securely in its original packaging, contact me to let me know its coming and I will give you the address to send it to.

Please note, customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. I recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Refunds
​
After I receive your returned item and inspect its condition, I will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be sent to your original method of payment. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from from when I receive your item to process your return. Refunds might take 1-2 billing cycles to post to your credit card statement, depending on your bank. I will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
