As a small artist and maker, I hope that you love the items that you purchase from me. However, if you are unhappy with your items for any reason, I will happily refund or exchange them as long as they are unused. I do ask that all returns are sent back within 30 days. If you receive your purchased items and there is an issue, please let me know as soon as you can so we can figure out a proper solution.

I stand behind my work. Since I have so many different items available on my website, it is hard for me to make a blanket statement regarding a policy for repairing damaged items. However, with most of the jewelry, if something becomes damaged or broken, I will work with you to repair it. I know that some people would really like to wear their jewelry in the shower and to sleep at night, but doing that can greatly compromise the life of your jewelry. If you have a piece that I made that has broken or become damaged, please let me know what happened and we can discuss the best way to repair it or make it right.
